Aussies love Cabernet Sauvignon. We may be known for our beautiful Shiraz, but Cab’s are next in line. with such a diverse range of Climates and Terroir, we have Cool , Sub Alpine, Warm and Mediterranean Climates.

Much of the Cabernet is kept in Australia to meet the demand, But some Australian Cabernet Sauvignon does escape the border for the journey to the USA.

We have handpicked several Cabernets to expose you to the different styles we experience back home.

Our wines are primarily from small Family winemakers and Vineyards, not Supermarket style Commercial, But wines that each family are proud of.

There are no big brands like Penfolds, Yellowtail, Barossa Valley Estates and Yalumba here, Some wines are in such small quantities that it is tough to bring out, and some just sell out every vintage.
