Description

2015 Climbing Shiraz . Climbing wines are sourced from the higher elevation of our Estate grown vineyard above 600m (Orange appellation). They exhibit elegant yet intense fruit characters courtesy of low-yield vines set on ancient soils in the classic cool climate Orange appellation. They are testament to our high quality, cool climate winemaking in the region. The Climbing name is inspired by the higher elevation vines that give such a unique character. The label imagery was drawn from an 1880’s ‘Dive Circus’ poster, with the dashing ‘Henry’ scaling heights inspired by the local extinct volcano peak, Mount Canobolas. Our quality range of Climbing Wines are perfect for food and wine matching. Try our suggestions below. 2015 Climbing Shiraz TASTING & VINTAGE NOTES TASTING NOTES Deep red with purple edges.
