2013 Angel’s Peak Cabernet Sauvignon
Intense blackberry and mocha neatly balanced with the vanilla from the French Oak barrels. It finishes with an extremely long palate of dried mulberries and cigar box. Like all Koonara reds, this wine has a sweet finish, but has been fermented dry with no residual sugar, showing just how good the quality of the fruit was.
The dense fruit and the soft tannins with allow this wine to age well until 2023.
