Federal & State Compliance – Food and Drug Administration (FDA) filings and inspections, TTB federal label approvals, register the products & pricing in all applicable Control and Open States under GAWC’s licenses and manage state bonding.

Federal Importing – manage customs broker, submit documentation, arrange for Federal Excise Tax payment.

Logistics Planning and Management – manage all aspects of the logistics chain, domestic and international ground freight, international ocean and air freight, warehouses in Aust and USA (incl. tax-paid warehouses).

Insurance – manage all aspects of the insurance for the product against loss during transportation, and while in storage in a GAWC qualified warehouse.

Order Processing, inventory control, financial account management – Invoicing the purchaser(s), manage accounts receivables and collect funds, manage overdue accounts monthly, pay all relevant beverage excise taxes and pay funds due on a monthly basis

Distributor Management – Manage distributor chargeback and bill-backs, conduct regular business reviews, sales promotions, pricing analysis, market support, tastings and samples allocations.

Reporting – monthly reporting on sales, customer balances / accounts receivables, inventory.

Marketing & Trade Support – support the brands with portfolio and price books. Develop and manage trade and retail education and tastings. Develop consumer/trade sponsorship opportunities and Wine Australia promotional opportunities.

Press support – provide the major wine publications with regular samples and story pitches.
